Bamidbar (Numbers) 33:1-36:13

Parashat Masei recounts the journeys of the Israelites from Egypt to the plains of Moab, listing each of the 42 encampments along the way. Hashem commands the Israelites to drive out the inhabitants of Canaan and to destroy all forms of idolatry when they enter the land.

The boundaries of the Promised Land are defined, and leaders are appointed to oversee its division among the tribes. Cities of refuge are established where those who committed accidental manslaughter can flee for protection, and the rules concerning these cities are explained.

The parashah ends with a case from the daughters of Zelophehad, ensuring that tribal land remains within its tribe through marriage, preserving the inheritance within each tribe.

La Parashá Masé narra las jornadas de los israelitas desde Egipto hasta las llanuras de Moab, enumerando los 42 lugares donde acamparon en el camino. Hashem ordena a los israelitas expulsar a los habitantes de Canaán y destruir toda forma de idolatría al entrar en la tierra.
